Behind every investment dollar is a powerful dream and a team qualified to realize it. Acquco, which started during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, is certainly no exception. Founded by Raunak Nirmal, Wiley Zhang, and Jerel Ho, a team with over a decade of Amazon-specific e-commerce experience collectively. This is not only unique in the aggregator space, but fruitful, as indicated by their ability to raise $160 million in a series A round of funding.

Business Insider’s Martin Coulter sat down with the trio to discuss the investment and why they started a business in a time that was challenging to say the least. Raunak explained:

"We truly believe we are the best team to take advantage of the rapidly growing, massive addressable market of e-commerce sellers. Our unique experiences as operators and innovators in the Amazon ecosystem has enabled us to develop a proprietary tech-enabled platform centered around acquiring & growing Amazon-native brands into the next generation of e-commerce brands."
